Since high school, I've been the go-to for "Does this make sense?”. So began a passion for helping people articulate ideas—in classrooms, coaching sessions, and early editorial jobs. That grew into a career leading high-performing teams, driving operations while shaping strategy, and delivering results under pressure.

Along the way, I’ve steered proposal teams through complex, multimillion-dollar bids; led 40+-member, cross-functional, company-wide professional service centers; and scaled scrappy pilot programs into company-wide game changers. Most recently, I designed and ran a corporate Writing Center, empowering proposal writers to thrive in the high-pressure world of government contracting. My experience spans many lanes, but the through-line is clear. I’m at my best enabling others to thrive, turning plans into progress, and bringing structure to the scramble.

Outside of work, I’m a small business owner (dog training), volunteer director for a statewide therapy dog program, and a passionate traveler perpetually packed for the next adventure.
